It's time for a happy dance. One, because it's Friday, and who doesn't do a happy dance on Friday.
And two, I got the official numbers from the gym scale as to how much weight I've lost since June. ELEVEN POUNDS! Woo hoo! I'm lookin' hot!

I've been doing those Walking Off The Pounds DvDs, and I keep wondering if I am making any progress. Maybe I shouldn't be afraid of the scale! I suppose that might help! ;)
That's too cool, isn't it? I hadda lose weight and did...it took a lot of stress off the body...and like you said....not only do you LOOK hot...you feel good about yourself too.
