Brought to You by the Letter "E"

After yesterday's serious post, which caused much commotion and may or may not have lost me some regular visitors, today I'm back to light and fluffy. Sorry to interrupt your regularly scheduled dose of drivel with deep thoughts. :)

I tagged myself over at Janet's, and she gave me the letter "E" for Egypt. I'm supposed to write 10 words that start with that letter that describe me! If you want to play, leave me a comment. I'll give you a letter, so be sure to check back the comments.

1. Extrovert: I can talk to just about anyone about anything.
2. Excited: About my trip, and just travel in general.
3. Editor: It's what I do for a living. I'm a Web editor.
4. Emotional: I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve.
5. Encyclopedia: I am a walking encyclopedia of useless facts. I used to work at a major media company, where I was the internal source for all things Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and many other pop culture phenomenon.
6. Enjoy: I enjoy a good steak dinner. I enjoy traveling. I enjoy reading.
7. Esteem: I'm working on it. I don't know why I can't just look in the mirror and be content.
8. Everywhere: Describes all the travel I want to do
9. Excellent: I have been told that I am an excellent writer and storyteller.
10. Expect: I expect a lot out of myself and the people around me. Sometimes a good thing, sometimes a bad thing.

Whew! "E" was hard.

Update: Janet tagged me on something else - Blog it Forward.

The rules are: pick someone (or sometwo or somethree) from your blogroll and post (on your site) just what makes them linkworthy.

Now don't get all upset if I don't mention you specifically. I love all my blog friends!

* Of course, there's Janet, because she has a Harry Potter-related design, which is very cool. And she does these awesome "What Is it Wednesday?" posts.
* I've gotta say thank you to Dorothy for pointing me to Bone. He is quite a good writer. And I like how he ends his posts with song lyrics.
* And then there's Karen. She and I could be sisters from different parents. :) And Mar , she always comments on my posts, and she's my Eurpoean blog friend.
* My best bud just started blogging. She named her blog after an Austin Powers quote.
* I also have to "holla!" out to Melli, Kelly, Mandi (they rhyme) and the 13ers!

I wondered what 'you did'- to have enough blog time during the day! I like your list- my high expectations tend to get in the way. I wouldn't worry about your post from yesterday- if people get that upset about a mildly arguementative post, they probably aren't interesting enough to want around, anyway.

I know what you mean about number 10. I can never figure out if its a positive attribute or a negative one.

Letter me up! I have no idea what tagging is, but I assume it's like "pass it on!"

O' the Irish: you get "M" for Murphy's law. And yep, if you're 'tagged' you play whatever game it is that we're playing. :) You're it!

Speaking of tagging, C, I’ve tagged you!

Come to my blog to read all about it (you’ll have to scroll down a bit, ’cause I was away from home for a few days and I wrote lots this morning to catch up!).

I love to travel as well. I'm game for traveling everywhere! You are going to have so much fun on your trip! I wish I could tag along!

If regular visitors stop reading your blog because they don't agree with something you wrote, well, it's their loss. If we all agreed on everything, think how boring the world would be.

Anyway, I didn't know you were an editor! Need a proofreader? I'm looking for a new job :-)

Of course I loved that #8 soooo much.

Everywhere. *dreaming away*

I was here for your W W, but see none, and that's okay too.

I just read your post about the 9-11, and I absolutely have to agree with you --tho, I'm not political in any way, yet still American enough and free enough to ask the questions you did AND MORE!!!

And NEVER, I say NEVER feel compelled to apologize for your thoughts. At least that's my view!!!

Sincerely. You did right by questioning. That's what our country was founded on.

I like your Encylopedia comment. I did this a little while ago with the letter N, and it was fun, but I don't know that I would have done as well with E.

Yeah - great letter for you.
Extrovert - for sure :). Didn't know you were an editor - cool.
Esteem - working on that one too.
Expect - don't we all expect too much for ourself?

Hope you have time to post a T13 before your Egypt trip :) - if not - have a safe trip.

Thanks for the mention, Carmen!

I must thank Dorothy for pointing you to me, as well. Will miss our blog interaction while you're on your trip.
