I started this last week, and continue this week. Inspired by the Travel Channel series called 1000 places to go before you die. If you could pick just one place to go, where would it be?
- Barcelona, Spain
- Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
- Switzerland
- Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
- Tokyo
- Tasmania
- Petrified Forrest
- San Fransisco
- Scotland
- South Africa
- Jerusalem
- Rio
- Croatia

Off that list I would take Scottland. I mostly want to see Europe...where my ancestors are from. (two of my Benjamin ancestors from England married girls named Mary from Scottland.)
Back to Tokyo, baby, MAN do I miss Japan!
I'd love to go to #9 Scotland as my #1. #6 Tasmania is my #2. I'm writing novels set in both of those countries - on site research! #3 Switzerland is my #3, and #5 Tokyo is my #4.
Sounds like you should just retire now and start on your travels =)
Just one? San Diego, but I've already been there. Does that count?
Hey girl long time no see. Great list! I hope you see all 13.
More cool places to visit! At least this week, I've been to one of them. :) (Switzerland--it really is as gorgeous and as clean as you think.)
I want to go to Croatia too. So beautiful.
I have been to a few of those but I would LOVE to go to Jerusalem one day and since I have a Scottish heritage, I would love to go to Scotland too!
What a terrific list.
Thanks for coming by my T13!
I've been to Scotland, but I definitely want to go back. I'd like to visit all the places you list here. Perhaps a trip around the world? ;-)
I think you should adopt me and we should have a rule that includes me (paid by your of course) along on all these adventures! Wouldn't THAT be a GREAT idea?
Great list! IF I could go anywhere, it would be Israel. I realize it's a little dangerous right now, but maybe someday.
If you continue like this I think you need a second life, lol !
From this list it would be Barcelona, though I must say Croatia is intriguing
Good list! If I could pick one...would 'the Antipodes' be cheating?
Those all sound like good places to visit! I know my humans want to visit Egypt and see the pyramids. Off your list, Scotland would be great!
Only one? Scotland. I have always wanted to go. And, I am such an Outlander fan that I want to see the country where these books take place.
I love it! Since I am already in nr. 1 *grin* I'd love to go to San Francisco and wear flowers in my hair!!!
I would love to visit Scotland, one of my most place I want to visit someday. Saw great pictures and stories about Scotland (even from a book) that it just make me dream of coming to that place :)

OOh, hard to pick only one place. I think I'll go with Tuscany.
If I had to pick just one? I've always wanted to see Tahiti... I'm heading to San Francisco on vacation in a few weeks though. I can't wait.
If Jerusalem's on your list you should check out my TT - 13 reasons I love living in Israel :).
I've been a life long world traveler with lots of in-built wanderlust, so I've been to most of these places..but not Tasmania. So it would be my choice!
Off of that list, most definitely, Scotland!!!!
I got a zero on that test. Still waiting for Hawaii.
I've been to Puerto Vallarta and would love to go back!
I'd love to go to Scotland!
Ooo, Frisco. Yes! I wanna go. And Barcelona. And Tokyo. And Switzerland. And Rio :)
Oh, me too! Me too! All of them. Been to Jerusalem -- would LOVE to go again....
