Dude! It is tooooooo cold! It's so cold, it hurts! My knees (thank you cheerleading) and my fingers (that I jammed a squillion times when I played basketball in jr. high) are so achey I feel like I'm a 90-year-old woman.

That damn groundhog better be right about an early spring, because I've had it with winter.

My first open house is today - it's an agent open house. I'd never heard of that before, but lets hope that once they see the condo, they sell it like crazy!
