You Write the Blog Part 4

More questions! You guys rock.

Amy asked me what job I'd do if money wasn't an issue. I'd be a novelist. I would also like to have a job naming makeup at Sephora.

Janet wonders why I don't like veggies. I think it stems from being forced to eat them as a child. But I just don't like the taste - and I think a lot of it is a texture issue. For example, I like tomato juice, sauce, paste, etc, but not tomatoes.

Anthony wanted to know which flavor would be left if I accidentally bought Neopolitan ice cream. Bleck! The strawberry!

LOL! I would probably leave the strawberry too... although a few years ago I went through a phase where I drank a LOT of strawberry milkshakes...

EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!! They are GOOD for you!!! (just doing my mama duty!)

If I could do ANY job I wanted and money would not be an issue, I would be a photographer for National Geographic! (of course they would probably never USE any of my stuff, cuz I'm not THAT good... but none-the-less that would be my JOB!)

Ahh - the strawberry. Just like Homer Simpson! He opens the box to the remaining rectangle of pink ice cream and screams, "Marge, we need more vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream!"

Me too.

I remember when Carmen came over to my house for a birthday party (14th - 15th?) after being at the pool all day.... My Mom had prepared a raw veggie tray for all of us girls and we dove in.

Except for Carmen.

I remember "friend C" pushed Carmen to try a carrot. After a LONG time, Carmen took a bite of the carrot. She then spit it out saying it tasted like dirt!!!

I think that most people who don't like veggies have the same reasons. sometimes parents really screw us up.
And I would leave the Chocolate ice cream...but then I'm weird that way.

I'd leave the chocolate--it's bad for cats. And that also because I never liked the chocolate in Neopolitan even though it's a great elsewhere. I wonder why that is?

At any rate, my latest question: what sort of odd jobs are you taking to help you save for the Kukka Maria clone? How do you expect Pooh Bear to react to this super sexy kitten?

I love veggies, Carmen. Try them, they are yummy!!! and good for you :)
That job at Sephora sounds like lots of fun! I'd love to be an architect...always wanted to but was afraid of the hard work in college :)
happy friday!

There may be another blog idea over at My Sick Mind that I posted for Saturday. Questions about grammar school.

I hope you're too busy with "the guy" to bother. :-)

I didn't used to like veggies either--probably because my mom didn't, so she did all sorts of nasty things to them to disguise them--smothering them in cheese sauce, boiling them to mush, etc. **shudder** Now I love veggies, as long as they actually resemble veggies. :)

Its funny you should say strawberry because I am always pondering strawberry flavored deserts that don't actually include any strawberry in them. For some reason, brand depending I'm sure, I'm pretty positive most strawberry ice creams would fall into the no-strawberies included-category.

Oh, I so want the makeup naming job, too! I think that everytime I pick up a bottle of OPI nail polish, too. Their names are so cool, "I'm Not Really a Waitress Red."
